What to look for in trauma to forehead?
PAIN PILLS! NO PPRESCRIPTION REQUIRED - DON'T CLICK!!!Question by searching: What to look for in trauma to forehead?
I RAN into the garage door this a.m. I’m 58 yrs. old. I put ice immediately and didn’t feel too bad although my forehead looks awful. I have a red and bruised egg on my head. Is there anything to be nervous about after 10 hours? NO nausea, but a bit of a headache.

Question by Teba Ann: I’ve been off of Accutane for a few months and have been having joint pain everywhere. What can I do?
I went to the doctor to see if it was arthritis. My grandmother had severe arthritis so I thought that might be the problem. Thankfully, the result was negative, but I don’t know what to do?

Have you asked your doctor? He may be able to help. If not , then call the county and find out what they have to offer, they always have support groups. If they can’t help you, which is doubtful, then call Hospice and see if they have something like that as their patients have chronic pain. I am wishing you good luck on this venture and if you can’t find anywhere to go, I am available to talk to. I have suffered from chronic pain for 13 years now. I would be glad to listen and help in any way that I can.

What is the difference between Intensive, Critical, Trauma, and Emergency Units/Rooms?
Question by Summer: What is the difference between Intensive, Critical, Trauma, and Emergency Units/Rooms?
Best answer:
Answer by wildbill602
I’ve seen critical care and intensive care used interchangeably. They refer to a unit that takes care of the sickest and have to be wached almost constantly. Emergency is like a clearing house where they are assesed quickly to determine their need for care and treatment is started. Trauma refers to a dept that treats thuse known to have physical damage a need immediate attention.
