ok the picture isnt my foot. (mine are much better) but that aside, my foot has been hurting for the past 3 months, i dont remember hurting it or anything. I have spend over 250 on a pair of sport shoes to help but they havent. Ive seen the doctor got an xray yet it shows no bones are broken or injured in anyway. i was refered to a podiatrist they gave me cream but dont know what wrong with it. Used the cream for 2 weeks still hurts if not more. Its annoying because ive got things to do, and its hindering me in sport and just life in general. the worst thing is i dont know where it came from or how. here is a link to show what in talking about i have marked where my foot hurts http://img199.imageshack.us/i/footk.jpg/
it could be the muscle can someone help i dont care what help as broad as it could be maybe you know how to treat foot pain or any remedies please help.
things ive tried dencorub, deep heat, expense new shows in case my feet where over pronating, continues pressure bandage, foot massages, methyl salicylate ointment. Thanks i appreciate any and every help i realy do THANKS

Have you seen a doctor about this? You may have a bone spur or something like that. (I haven’t looked at the photo as there is no link and I certainly do not want to risk a virus or trojan or something like that.
Anyway, go see a doctor if you can so you can get to the bottom of this and get back to having a normal life.
