I have pains in my knee like that after I run a lot but it’s not because of running. I did physical therapy a couple times for it & it really helped. The therapist just had me laying down and doing leg lifts with ankle weights and what not. & then he just had me doing a lot of things for my knee, you could always see a therapist or even just go on google or something and search knee/leg strengthening workouts

I have chest pain when I breathe in cold air?
Question by Kristine Mendoza_13: I have chest pain when I breathe in cold air?
I read this article online that says. If you have chest pain while breathing in cold air, this may be a sign of a heart problem. I am only a 16 year old female. I don’t do drugs, smoke, drink or anything. What could this be? I have never had this chest pain before in cold weather. It’s like chest pain between my left side sternum and towards the bottom of my breasts. I can’t complete a deep breath because it is a sharp pain. When I entered my warmer house, I lied down, and as I was breathing deeply I could hear whistling when I inhale. Last moth my Doctor prescribed me an inhaler because I had difficulty breathing at the time I had cough cold fever and cough induced vomiting. I got better so I stop using the inhaler. Am I ok? I am getting a little worried!!!
I am on my period. If I am anemic I had research that anemia causes chest pain because the reduced amount of blood cells. Therefore oxygen is not carried throughout the body, therefore the heart does not get enough oxygen causing angina. I don’t have any heart problems at all. My parents are too stubborn to bring me to the doctor to get a blood test. I am 16 yr old female like I said I can take a bus to the doctors office. I understand I am a minor, but can I just walk into the doctors office alone and ask to get a blood test? Or a physical exam!

If you are running alot and breathing cold air it’s just natural but if so like I used to run track and would get that running in the cold you need to practice running while breathing in through you NOSE and out through your MOUTH. If not caused by running you should seek a doctor or tell your parents.

A few nice neuroma foot pain images I found:
How my foot looks using MRI

Fascinating.
Why? Possible Morton’s neuroma. It’s not cancer, it’s just annoying, throbbing pain that won’t go away no matter what you do to it. Best option? Surgically remove the inflamed nerve. Sign me up.

I don’t think you can specialize in trauma, but you could become a psychotherapist.
