Chronic Pain and Stress??
PAIN PILLS! NO PPRESCRIPTION REQUIRED - DON'T CLICK!!!Question by DeltaQueen: Chronic Pain and Stress??
I really need some suggestions on how to hold everything together.
Dealing with normal day to day things are consuming enough when you deal with Chronic Pain, when stress and caous are added to the mix I have alot of trouble keeping it together. I hurt so much more when I am stressed. But sometimes it just can’t be avoided. Life just seems to show up and you have to deal with it the best you can.
Any suggestion on how to decompress, or really on how to get through the day would be appreciated. Thanx

is chest pain a symptom of lupus arthritis or any ana disease?
Question by : is chest pain a symptom of lupus arthritis or any ana disease?
Best answer:
Answer by ?
Lupus can cause pleurisy so yes it can cause chest pain. However you usually have a number of other lupus symptoms too.
If you go to our website there are all the other symptoms listed: http://www.lupus.org.uk/whatislupus/whatislupus_generalfeatures.htm
We also have a lupus nurse online that will answer further questions you might have.
What do you think? Answer below!

Is my big toe on my right foot in pain because of my cleats?
Question by Daniel: Is my big toe on my right foot in pain because of my cleats?
Yesterday I had baseball try outs, and we were getting to get timed for our sprints. Everything was feeling fine until I was done with my first sprint. My big toe on my right foot started hurting when I like bended it in some positions. Is it because my cleats are too small? Or do I need to like break them in because I’ve only worn them like two times…

ahh Cleats . They are so good for sport but they are so bad for feet ? ankles because they are not very supportive. Your Toe is probably killing you because of your cleats. I know every time after i had practice my feet would be killing me. I doubt your cleats are to small if you have only worn the m two times they must be new. So you will have to break them a bit. but your feet or toe my hurt a little after wearing them all the time but the pain should decrease the better they get broken in.
hope it helps

TRAUMA Level Prototype

First level Prototype of TRAUMA. It ended up being WAY too large. Had to cut it down to just the small part in the upper right corner.

Home remedies for foot pain?
Question by asosebee26: Home remedies for foot pain?
I was outside this morning in probably 50 degree weather, nothing extreme, and walked about 5 miles in very supportive and comfortable shoes. This is not an uncommon occurrence for me and generally have no problems whatsoever. However, this time the balls of my feet and toes seemed to be cold all morning which then gave way to foot pain in the afternoon and night when I was at my job. I was on my feet there for 8 hours and this obviously didn’t help anything despite being in good shoes there as well. Any ideas on how I can relieve some of this foot pain for the night? Some have suggested a foot spa thing but I’m a broke college student and don’t have anything like that, just normal home stuff. Thanks for the help!

go to walmart and get some Epson Salts and soak your feet in it.
Rub your feet and stay off of them for a while

minor generalized joint pain?
Question by Brittany B: minor generalized joint pain?
Hey everyone. I’ve been experiencing some joint pain the last few weeks. Here’s what happened
for a couple of days a few weeks ago the joint pain was really bad. it was in my fingers, wrists, elbows, neck, knees, toes, etc. and it hurt pretty bad. When I went to my doctors appointment the next day, it was gone. I just explained what had happened to her. She said it could’ve been a virus. She checked my lymph nodes (not swollen), chest, throat, ears, and looked at the joints. Everything on the surface seems fine and my lymph nodes werent even swollen so it can’t mean that I’m ill.
since then, the pain has come and gone. its very very subtle. it doesn’t hurt that bad. at no point during all of this was I unable to get out of bed or anything. I feel ok. I still feel it in my wrists and fingers and elbows from time to time, but its light pain.
I also haven’t gotten my period in three months and am going to see the gyno soon*
Anyone have any ideas as to what is causing the joint pain?
I should also add that I am 19, will be 20 in June. Also a college student in biology and math (in other words, uber-stressed).
Thanks for your imput, both of you. I’m thinking it may have something to do with my diet or the fact that I’m not getting my period. On days when I don’t drink a lot of caffeine or smoke cigarettes, it seems to be better. I have a pretty awful diet at school though because the food options here suck.
I don’t think I have a disease or anything. It’s not very severe and when the doctor checked my lymph nodes they were not swollen, so I don’t think I am sick. Although my mother is only 42 and has osteoporosis and arthritis build up in her back. She also had messed up periods before she had her uterus removed. So, I come from a long line of people with bone and menstrual problems, unfortunately. I think I am a little to young for this yet.
Lemon, you mentioned a trapped nerve in the spine. My back kind of “pops” sometimes when I walk. I also had some tingling sensations in my body. If anyone else knows more about this please let me know. Thanks.

I started drinking “Vitalise” yogurt drink. My joints ached for each day I drank that potion. When I stopped the pain went away.
I have “loose joints” syndrome but the above pain was the worst I have experienced.
See what types of food you eat when the pain comes.

Scared a few people when I went grocery shopping after the movie.

What is causing the pain in the top of my foot?
Question by : What is causing the pain in the top of my foot?
After leaving the Gym on Friday I noticed a pain on the left side on the top of my right foot. Over the weekend I had a lot to do so I was unable to stay off it and it has gotten much worse. If it continues to hurt for a couple more days I will have it looked at. Does anyone know what this could be? Pulled or strained muscle possibly? The workout I did was cycling and the stair stepper? Also what treatment would be best? Ice or heat?
Thanks
