Did you do any training over the summer? It’s probably just your muscles getting back into shape. You can try heat therapy but your best bet will probably be eating a lot of protein and getting a good amount of rest so your body can repair itself. I’m attaching an article that talks a lot about protein and what you need to look out for to minimize your recovery process.

NOT PREGNANT, CHRONIC PAIN, NEED ANSWERS ON MIXING MEDS?
Question by preggypop: NOT PREGNANT, CHRONIC PAIN, NEED ANSWERS ON MIXING MEDS?
Ok, I know this doesn’t take a genious but I want as much info as possible of the harm I am doing to my body. I suffer from chronic, and I mean chronic pain. Meds taken: adderall, xanax, vicoden, lexapro, ambien B12 injections, multivitamins, fish oil..also a moderate to heavy alcohol user IN THE PAST..before I sought counseling for my pain. I do have a very very healthy diet. And I exercise when pain permits, or when there is an available pool. In the past week, I have been vomiting persistantly, diareah, light head…dizziness. Tingling of limbs…not paying close attention to personal hygiene. Stay in the house. TRY to run 5 business. Bash me, its fine…I need to hear it. tell me what not could happen but what will happen, and what to do. No support system emotionally. Scheduled to have hysterectomy in Feb..due to cancer reaccurance and fallen uteras. Have at it…
Disclaimer: These perscriptions are not used on a daily basis. They are HEAVILY monitored by psychiatrists along with MD’s. None of the meds are obtained through illegal avenues. The goal is to come off more than half after the procedure.
I am taking adderall b/c Ive always suffered from ADHD. With the types of businsses I do..I HAVE to sit through long meetings, briefngs…etc. I don’t use it as a get up and go if you will. Also, I have not taken the ambien in weeks, so I figure I am just going to knowck that one off the list now. The xanax, I am going to slowly ween. And the vicoden I have decided by the end of the week, I will not be takng. I know its going to hurt but I need to be as clean as possible before going under. So that leaves me with lexapro, adderall (as needed). I can deal with the lexapro a little longer as I feel as though that should be the last to come off of.

These are questions you should be asking of your doctor. They can give you accurate answers unlike people on the internet who will most likely be guessing. I would think though that if you’re having all the symptoms you’re having the combination of medications are not good. Mixing Adderal with Xanax sounds like a pretty bad idea to me. Why are you taking adderal anyway? It does nothing for pain. Some of the symptoms you mention can also be caused by Adderal, Xanax and Ambien alone.

What are common causes of knee pain in obese people?
Question by Jonny: What are common causes of knee pain in obese people?
I ask this because I am obese myself and have frequent pain in my right knee. Someone told me that it could be gout, but I thought that usually occured in the joints of toes and fingers. I am 21, 6’1″, and 330 pounds.

I have joint pain in big toes, lower back, knees and hips. What can I take?
Question by rogelito22: I have joint pain in big toes, lower back, knees and hips. What can I take?
I’ve been taking ibuprofen for about ten years. I get gout. I’ve had accupuncture, phy. therapy, steroid injections and I’ve been doing stretching. All without improvement. Do the condroitin, osteo flex, etc. over the counter meds work? Does anyone have any suggestions? I need help. Can’t play golf anymore. Looking for some relief. I’ve never taken vicodin.

Answer by darlin12009
Get an evaluation from a good chiropractor. Your body sounds like it is out of alignment. Also, find a good sports massage therapist to release the tension in your muscles that this misalignment of your bones has caused. ibuprofen has not fixed the problem, it has just concealed it, not to say what it has done to your liver. steroids, the same. I have read that tart cherry juice, natural, no sugar, of course, helps keep the uric acid from forming in your joints, also helps with muscle aches. Make sure you are drinking lots of water as well,
good luck.
Do Not Take Vicodin
Fix the issue
Vicodin is addictive, and just to cover up the pain
What do you think? Answer below!

The SONORAN GOPHER SNAKE Pituophis catenifer affinis acquires its subspecific term from the Latin word affinis which means "related to" or "adjacent". Hallowell in 1852 first called this form Pityophis affinis. From individuals collected in New Mexico, he first described this snake to have larger scales along the sides than the those above on the back. The blotches on the dorsum are brownish subquadrate and each is somewhat concave in front and behind. There are also 3 intercalary rows of smaller markings on each side. Very dark transverse bands are on a short tail with the abdomen and under the tail thickley maculated in dark brown. Like all other Pituophis species, it has sharp teeth, and although its strike or bite may cause only slight pain, it is harmless to humans. This race is indigenous to the southwestern United States and northwestern Mexico occurring in different shades of brown, reddish color, and beautiful morph patterns throughout its range.
CONSERVATION STATUS: As of January 2011, there were no known conservation listings for this subspecies of Pituophis under any major organizations such as U.S. Endangered Species Act (ESA) or World Conservation Union(IUCN) Red List.
RANGE: It can be found in south-eastern California, Arizona, western New Mexico, and extreme western Texas in the U.S.. In Mexico, it occurs in Sonora, Chihuahua, Nuevo Leon, Tamaulipas, Sinaloa, Western Cohuila, Zacatecas, and San Luis Potosi. Where other subspecies overlap range borders, racial intergradation may occur such as northern Mexico where it intergrades with Pituophis catenifer sayi.
HABITAT: The Sonoran Gopher Snake frequents varied habitat with cover and food. It can be found near streams and rivers, desert flats, scrub, grass land, and agricultural land. Its favorite areas to frequent are high grass or desert bushes, bare ground with many holes or tunnels, or rocky flat areas.

Hi. Of all natural remedies on the market the one that worked best for me was anti-eczema cream and spray from http://www.champori.com They are based on herbs. My itchiness stopped on the second day, and in a couple of weeks almost all the spots (face, hairline, hands) were gone!
