Q&A: Can to much ab exercises lead to lower back pain?
PAIN PILLS! NO PPRESCRIPTION REQUIRED - DON'T CLICK!!!Question by ? Brian ?: Can to much ab exercises lead to lower back pain?
I’ve been doing a lot of ab exercises lately at the gym, and now I’ve got some killer lower back pain. Could to much ab exercise and not enough back exercise be the cause? I feel like a 90 yr old man right now squirming in my chair because it hurts.

Absolutely. In fact, especially with sit ups, you have to be extremely careful. Sit ups can be VERY dangerous for your lower back. Maybe talk to someone at the gym about spotting your ab workout to be sure you’re doing them correctly to avoid injury, or to have them advise on more effective exercises that will be less strenuous.

Q&A: Left pain in side above hip?
Question by Gemma.: Left pain in side above hip?
I have a constant sharp pain above my left hip. It hurts to drink and unbearable when i move. Going to the toilet is fine however. I have had it before twice and it lasted 4 days. The pain feels like someone has just stabbed me in the side. What could it be?!
Thanks

You could be having an issue with a nerve called the sciatic nerve (a nerve that runs from the area around the hip and down the leg), but this is an example only.
The only way to know for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they say.

I have a friend that has anxiety, depression, bipolar and fibromyalgia. Her chiropractor and a massage therapist did wonders for her. Often, once you get your depression/anxiety under control, the pain will be controlled as well. Try yoga also. As a nurse, I’ve seen this help a huge # of my patients with arthritis, multiple sclerosis, mental disorders and such. Talk with your local health club also. They may have some ideas. Good luck and speedy healing.

Has anyone used Dr. Frank’s Joint Pain Relief for Dogs & Cats on a cat?
Question by : Has anyone used Dr. Frank’s Joint Pain Relief for Dogs & Cats on a cat?
I have an 18yo cat who is starting to have problems with his hips. He can still jump up on furniture with no problem, but he’s struggling a little to get up from lying down, he can’t maintain balance to scratch his ears & he’s a little wobbly when he starts out walking. My mom saw an infomercial for Dr. Frank’s Joint Pain Relief for Dogs & Cats & forwarded me the website. Of course the website sings its praises. I did some research with mixed reviews, but mainly all for dogs. Has any one had any experience using this product on a cat? Or do you have any recommendations on what I could use for him? Thanks!

no.. but if it says it is okay for cats, than im sure it shouldn’t be a problem.. it is probably more common for dogs, but still effective for cats.. i think you should try it,

my new year’s resolution is to declutter my life. one baby cupboard at a time.
this afternoon i tackled the really out-of-control under-the-kitchen-sink cabinet. it used to be that opening the door to this cubboard gave me a dull pain in my heart, if only for a split second. no longer! it took less than 45 minutes to declutter this sucker and now i’m quite chuffed.

Nice Ems Trauma Kits photos
Some cool ems trauma kits images:

Ele é um vermelho vivo, puxando pro cereja.
