Question by Kimberly V: What is causing my lower right side back pain?
Since early this morning I have been having pain in the lower right side of my back. Right above the hip. Then when I went to use the restroom after I went there was some blood. Then after that I went several times more and there was no blood. Anyone have any clue as to what this can be?

Well, it could be the joints. Improper function can be a problem. Soft tissue lies between the certival discs which hold the discs collectively. Particular conditions may cause the joint from working rightly resulting in stiffness in muscle pain in the low back.
Tension and strain to the spinal muscles can be a cause of low back pain. It happens when an excessive stress is put on to specific area, which is called myofascial pain. Over action or lengthy seating can also be the causes of low back pain as well.
